The high school equivalency program at College of DuPage helps you improve your reading, writing and math skills while you prepare to pass your high school equivalency exam.
With the new Integrated Career and Academic Preparation System (ICAPS)program, you can work on your high school equivalency while earning in-demand certification in information technology or welding.

Your first step is to take the TABE test. See our testing center locations and hours. Please allow two hours and 30 minutes for the test and bring your test results to the College of DuPage Adult Education Office in the Student Resource Center (SRC), Room 1110. The office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. A staff member will help you register based on your test results. Be sure to share your interest in the IT program. Advanced Adult ESL Students: ICAPS programs are also available to those interested in earning a credential while further developing English language skills.
