Essentials of Project Management
Improve your skill set or the productivity of your workforce. Project Management Certification Preparation
Take the next step in your career and work toward certification as a Project Management Professional. This one-day course helps you review principles of project management and prepare for the PMP exam. Test prep materials are included: PMP Project Management Professional Exam Study Guide, A Guide to the Project Management of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) and Rita Mulcahy's PMP Exam Prep.

Project Management Experiential Simulation
Whether you are preparing for certification, looking to earn professional development units after certification, or want to tune-up your project management skills, this simulation is an engaging and informative way to further develop your ability to confidently lead and deliver.

This one-day, interactive workshop provides a bridge from the typical classroom teaching to the application of techniques learned in our Essentials of Project Management and Advanced Project Management programs. Through the use of case-study and team-based simulation techniques, instruction emphasizes the real-world application of project management techniques, from project kick-off to close out. 7 PDUs
